HYDROGEN PEROXIDE LIQUID SANITIZER FOR FARM ANIMAL DRINKING WATER
The increased focus on farm sanitizing has led to the development of specific and aimed products capable of reducing the bacterial load in critical points of the production chain. Water represents the best vehicle for germs; therefore if not adequately treated it can be the cause of disease outbreaks.
PROXIDE® a specific product for water and water line treatment has been developed with this purpose.
PROXIDE® is a stabilized hydrogen peroxide liquid product. Its decay generates oxygen which penetrates into the micro-organisms, denatures the proteins irremediably damaging cell metabolism. The oxygen that develops is active towards bacteria (both gram+ and gram-), viruses, fungi, spores, protozoa and sea weeds.
PROXIDE® is a complete, efficacious and extremely versatile product; its particular formulation is enriched with adapt and specific stabilizing and seizing agents. The micro-organisms do not develop resistance towards PROXIDE® even after continuous utilization.
In synthesis:
Wide antimicrobial spectrum
High residual effect
Efficacy and stability towards temperature changes
Sanitizing effect in presence of organic substances
High stability after dilution
No development of toxic substances, the parameters of waste water are not altered, no change in taste of treated water.
Usage
It is suggested to use PROXIDE® with an automatic dosage system.
Potable water lines: 50-100 ml per 1000 litres of water
Lines not in use: 1-3% (1-3 litres every 100 litres of water)
The suggested dosages are referred to water in "normal conditions". In presence of destabilizing agents such as Chlorides, chlorine, iron, copper or high pH levels or in case of severe micro biologic contamination it is suggested to calibrate the dosage seeking advice of our technical staff.
Timing the use of PROXIDE® can be done using the proper litmus paper that revels the peroxides in the water. The monitoring must reveal the presence of not less than 1 ppm. of peroxides, otherwise PROXIDE® must be added.
